We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Cold Caller to join our Merchant Cash Advance (MCA) B2B team. As a Cold Caller, you will be responsible for reaching out to potential business clients and convincing them to apply for our Merchant Cash Advance program.
- Cold calling potential clients to generate leads and qualify prospects for our Merchant Cash Advance program.
- Conducting research to identify target markets and key decision-makers within prospective businesses.
- Building and maintaining a prospect database with accurate and up-to-date information.
- Developing and delivering persuasive sales pitches that highlight the benefits of our Merchant Cash Advance program.
- Overcoming objections and closing sales deals.
- Meeting and exceeding monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Providing excellent customer service and building strong relationships with clients.
- Maintaining accurate records of all sales activities and reporting on progress regularly.
- At least 2 years of experience in B2B cold calling, preferably in the financial services industry, and a proven track record of success in generating leads and closing sales deals.
- Knowledge of the Merchant Cash Advance industry and familiarity with the needs of small and medium-sized businesses.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and establish trust with potential clients.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong time management and organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
- Willingness to work night shifts to accommodate business hours in different time zones.
- Proficient in using CRM software and other sales tools.
