Job Description
We need dynamic folks who have a good understanding of LTE/5G RAN protocols Layer 2 with expertise in: eNodeB/gNB multi-functional feature development in RAN areas is a must,
- Good knowledge of real time operating system concepts.
- Exposure to multi-thread application development on multi-core real time embedded Linux platforms.
- Excellent programming skills in C, C++.
- Exposure to scripting languages viz. Python, shell scripting etc is desirable.
- Proven track record of building motivated, collaborative, and productive teams, including remote team members.
- Accomplished servant-leader capable of supporting multiple teams simultaneously.
- Passion to proactively seek ways to improve processes.
- Compassionate and willing to offer conducive solutions.
- Can constructively resolve problems.
- Demonstrable ability to build business relationships and gain the trust of others, while embracing constructive feedback.
- Must have exceptional written and verbal communication and time leadership skills.
