Telesales Executive – Exterior Designing Company

Location: Mayapuri, Delhi

Job Summary:
As a Telesales Executive, you will be responsible for reaching out to leads generated through platforms like IndiaMart and effectively promoting our exterior designing services. Your primary objective will be to engage potential clients, understand their requirements, and persuade them to avail of our services. This role demands excellent communication skills, a persuasive demeanor, and a proactive approach towards achieving sales targets.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Lead Generation: Utilize IndiaMart and other relevant platforms to identify and qualify potential leads interested in exterior designing services.

2. Outreach: Initiate outbound calls to prospects, introduce our company and services, and effectively communicate the value proposition.

3. Needs Assessment: Conduct thorough discussions with clients to understand their specific requirements, preferences, and budget constraints.

4. Solution Presentation: Showcase our portfolio, provide detailed explanations of our services, and tailor solutions to match the client’s needs.

5. Negotiation: Negotiate terms and pricing to close deals while ensuring profitability for the company.

6. Relationship Building: Cultivate strong relationships with clients by providing exceptional customer service and addressing any inquiries or concerns promptly.

7. Follow-up: Maintain regular follow-ups with leads to nurture relationships, address objections, and facilitate the progression of leads through the sales funnel.

8. Reporting: Keep detailed records of interactions with clients, update CRM systems, and generate reports on sales activities, conversion rates, and revenue generated.


1. Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field preferred.

2. Experience: Proven experience in telesales or direct sales, particularly in the construction, architecture, or interior/exterior designing industry, is advantageous.

3. Communication Skills: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills in English and Hindi. Ability to articulate ideas clearly and persuasively.

4. Sales Acumen: Strong negotiation skills with the ability to understand client needs, overcome objections, and close deals effectively.

5. Target Oriented: Results-driven mindset with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.

6. Technology Proficiency: Comfortable with using CRM software, Microsoft Office Suite, and other sales-related tools.

7. Adaptability: Ability to adapt to a fast-paced environment, learn about exterior designing concepts, and stay updated on industry trends.

– Base Salary: Competitive salary commensurate with experience
– Incentive: Performance-based incentives, with the potential to earn up to INR 25,000 in addition to the base salary.
