There is no set patterns of Interview conducted at our side. However based on the requirements of the clients
we do initial screening, we can take CBI(Competency Based Interview’s) on your behalf, ask them to give various different tests as per the suitability of the organization.

Usually we have check your requirements, we setup a video call along with our team so that your requirements can be directly understood by the team.

Next step is to source the similar profiles, screen them and share it with you. Post sharing of the Resume Profiles we can setup a conference call for the final interview or Video calls for the final interview.
